Terms and condition

Resort Check-in and Check-out

Arrival time is 2:00 PM, and departure time is 11:00 AM. Rooms will be held until 6:00 PM on arrival day unless notified of late arrival.

Late Check-out

Late check-out requires an advance request, subject to room availability. Price changes may occur without notice.

Occupancy and Extras

Maximum room occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children under 5. Extra mattresses for adults/children are available.

Guest Identification

NRIs/foreigners must present passports at check-in. Indian citizens require valid ID proof

Credit Card Usage

The credit card used for booking must be shown during check-in. For bookings with others' cards, a copy, NOC, and details are needed.

Deposit Policy

Full payment deposit before 15 days of check in date.

Cancellation Policy

● 50% amount room rent cost refunded for cancellation before 30 days of check in date.
● 25% room rent will be refunded 15 days of check in date.
● 10% room rent will be refunded 7 days of check in date at resort.
● No refund in any case for cancellation within 7 days of check in date at resort.
● No refunds in case of a check out earlier than the booked schedule.
